1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bgd33 website, bgd33 mobile app, and all services provided by the bgd33 platform ("Services"). By accessing or using any part of the bgd33 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use bgd33 Services.

Bgd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bgd33 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms should be read together with the bgd33 Privacy Policy and the bgd33 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and bgd33.

2User Eligibility

To register and use bgd33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years old at the date of registration.
• Residing in or located within a geographic region where the use of online betting platforms is permitted.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or one ordered by any regulatory authority.
• Has never had an account closed by bgd33 due to fraud, terms violation, or inappropriate conduct.
• Register only one (1) account per individual. Holding more than one active account is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Bgd33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you fail to submit the required verification documents within the specified period, bgd33 reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

3Account Registration and Management

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. bgd33 reserves the right to reject a registration or close an account if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.

3.1 Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your bgd33 account profile is accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and bank details. The name registered on your bgd33 account must exactly match the name on your official identification document.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures, bgd33 may request the following verification documents:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Bank statement or screenshot of the e-wallet account used for the deposit.

Submitted KYC documents will be processed within 1–3 business days. Until KYC verification is complete, certain withdrawal limits may be applied to your account.

3.3 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one bgd33 account. If two or more accounts are found to belong to the same individual — based on matching device, IP address, banking details, or personal information — bgd33 reserves the right to merge or close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or wins.

4Deposits and Payments

Bgd33 accepts a wide range of secure and convenient payment methods for members in Malaysia. All deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe stated by the respective payment provider.

All funds deposited into your bgd33 account must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you. bgd33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit from an unauthorized source is detected, bgd33 reserves the right to hold the funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

5Fund Withdrawal

Bgd33 members may request a withdrawal of funds at any time, subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed and confirmed by the bgd33 team.
• No suspicious activity or ongoing investigation on the account.
• All wagering requirements (if any active bonus applies) have been met.
• Withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set (RM 50 or equivalent).

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

Bgd33 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount. Withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts are typically processed within 1–3 hours on business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

5.3 Withdrawal to Third-Party Accounts

Bgd33 only processes withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bgd33 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Bgd33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the respective promotion details.

6.1 Wagering Requirement

Bonuses received by bgd33 members are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to cash and withdrawn. The wagering rate varies depending on the bonus type:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x the bonus amount received.
• Reload Bonus: 25x the bonus amount received.
• Cashback: 1x only (must be wagered once before withdrawal).
• Free Spin Bonus: 30x the value of winnings generated from free spins.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bgd33 reserves the right to void any bonus or wins derived from a bonus if there is any indication of abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members.
• Bgd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.

7Game Rules

All games available on the bgd33 platform have their own specific rules. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the bgd33 system's decision is final.

7.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including internet connection disruptions, server issues, or software errors — bgd33 will make every effort to restore the game status prior to the interruption. However, bgd33 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond bgd33's control.

7.2 Game Results

All game results on bgd33 are final once confirmed by the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the bgd33 support team within 7 days of the incident. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

8Prohibited Member Conduct

The bgd33 platform is intended for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Any form of fraud, whether directed at bgd33 or other members.
• Use of automated software (bots), game assistance tools, scripts, or any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or payment errors.
• Money laundering or using the bgd33 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account information, selling, transferring, or lending your bgd33 account to another party.
• Collusion or unauthorized cooperation between players in live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the bgd33 technical infrastructure.

Bgd33 uses an advanced fraud detection system to continuously monitor activity on the platform. If any suspicious activity is detected, bgd33 reserves the right to hold funds, suspend the account, and report the incident to the relevant authorities.

9Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your bgd33 account. bgd33 recommends the following security measures to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Log out of your bgd33 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact the bgd33 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Bgd33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure. bgd33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat.

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bgd33 account at any time by contacting the bgd33 customer support team via Live Chat. Before the closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining balance in the account will be returned to you via the original payment method.

10.2 Suspension by bgd33

Bgd33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• Evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions has been found.
• Account linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• Member found to be using more than one account.
• Instructions received by bgd33 from the relevant authorities.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Bgd33 provides a self-exclusion option for members who feel they need a break from gaming activity. Self-exclusion can be activated for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently through the account settings section or by contacting bgd33 support.

11Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bgd33 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, bgd33 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors on the bgd33 platform.
• The suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
• The accuracy or completeness of information available on the bgd33 platform.

Under no circumstances will bgd33's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your bgd33 account in the 12 months prior to the claim being made.

Bgd33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the bgd33 platform.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Bgd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-app notification on bgd33 at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last amended.

If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your bgd33 account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bgd33 platform after the amendment effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
